Utility payments can be made by mail or at the Borough business office. Water and sewer charges are billed quarterly and become delinquent twenty days after receipt. Delinquent account are subject to shut-off.

Section 16-2.2 Annual Sewer Rates It is hereby established that the annual cost of sewer service, effective January 1, 2019, shall be as follows:

Each residential living unit including, but not limited to, single family dwellings, duplexes, apartments, and mobile/ homes will pay, as the minimum, on the basis of one hundred six dollars and ninety-four cents ($106.94) per quarter, whether services by individual service or by manifold serviced by one (1) connection. Residential rates for sewerage will be five dollars and seventy-six cents ($5.76) per one thousand (1,000) gallons over the minimum of twelve thousand (12,000) gallons.

a. Commercial rates for sewerage will be six dollars and nine cents ($6.09) per one thousand (1,000) gallons over the minimum of ten thousand (10,000). The following minimum rates per quarter will be charged:

 It is hereby established that the annual cost of sewer service, effective January 1, 2020, shall be as follows:

Each residential living unit including, but not limited to, single family dwellings, duplexes, apartments, and mobile/ homes will pay, as the minimum, on the basis of one hundred nine dollars and sixty-one cents ($109.61) per quarter, whether services by individual service or by manifold serviced by one (1) connection. Residential rates for sewerage will be five dollars and ninety cents ($5.90) per one thousand (1,000) gallons over the minimum of twelve thousand (12,000) gallons.

b. Commercial rates for sewerage will be six dollars and twenty-four cents ($6.24) per one thousand (1,000) gallons over the minimum of ten thousand (10,000). The following minimum rates per quarter will be charged:

Turn-on/Turn-off fees are $25.00 each during public work's normal business hours (6:00am until 2:30pm from May 8th until September 8th and 7:00am until 3:30pm from September 11th-May 12th). After-hours turn-on/turn-off charges are $60.00 each.
